We recommend regularly rotating your rug to ensure even wear. Do not spot clean or use liquid cleaners (including water) on viscose rugs. Blot spills immediately with a paper towel or colourless cloth. Do not scrub rugs as it may cause permanent pile damage. Use professional rug cleaners only for dry cleaning service. Vacuum regularly with low suction power in one direction. Avoid direct sunlight. Shedding of fibres from new rugs is to be expected and will reduce with time.
MANUFACTURING VARIATIONS & CONSIDERATIONS
This floor rug has been handcrafted by artisan makers. Although we strive for consistency in our products, the complex nature of this process may reveal minor variations.
SIZE This can vary +/- 3% from the size specified.
COLOUR You may notice slight colour variations from samples, online, and print images. As many of our products are handmade from natural fibres and materials, there may also be minor variations between production runs and dye batches. Every effort is made to ensure these are minimal and within textile industry standards.
SPROUTING Sprouting occurs when fibre ends wriggle loose and appear above the natural pile height of the rug. Sprouting is common in handwoven rugs and not considered a fault. To maintain a neat appearance, simply trim the loose fibres with scissors to match the
surrounding pile.

We have a 14-day return policy only if the item you have purchased is faulty, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any item returned after 14 days will not meet our return policy. If you change your mind about an item purchased once it has arrived, we can offer a store credit or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately (within 24hrs), if the item is defective or damaged, and we will happily replace them. If we don't have the exact same item, or really similar, we may offer a store credit or refund.
Exchanges
Contact us on becs@sabiliving.co.nz if you have an exchange request. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customers responsibility and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Once we receive your return we will process the exchange within 5 working days and contact you via email. Please ensure your details are written clearly on the package. Proof of purchase must be included, this can be emailed to us if easiest.
