With their sculptural form and organic, natural style, our Teak Bowls make a beautiful statement on any surface—be it a bench, table, or console, as a fruit bowl, or simply as a decorative centrepiece. Please be aware: All of our products are made by hand; and because each piece is individually crafted, you may notice variations in colour, visible and varying wood grain, small fissures in the timber, and unique markings or indentations—these are not flaws, but part of the natural charm that makes each item one of a kind.
Many of our designs are made from recycled teak, thoughtfully repurposed and given new life. This reclaimed wood carries its own story and character, contributing to the organic, timeless style of our pieces. We embrace these natural imperfections as a reflection of authenticity, sustainability, and craftsmanship. We do not see these as product flaws.

At Sabi, we want you to enjoy both your shopping experience and your purchase. Our goal is to keep things simple, easy, and enjoyable for you. When you place an order, you will be agreeing to the following returns policy:
We have a 14-day return policy only if the item you have purchased is faulty, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any item returned after 14 days will not meet our return policy. If you change your mind about an item purchased once it has arrived, we can offer a store credit or exchange.

Shipping costs on exchanges are the customers responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately (within 24hrs), if the item is defective or damaged, and we will happily replace them. If we don't have the exact same item, or really similar, we may offer a store credit or refund.
Exchanges
Contact us on becs@sabiliving.co.nz if you have an exchange request. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customers responsibility and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Once we receive your return we will process the exchange within 5 working days and contact you via email. Please ensure your details are written clearly on the package. Proof of purchase must be included, this can be emailed to us if easiest.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
Sale Items or Seconds
Sale items or items sold as seconds with the reason disclosed, will not be eligible for exchange. Only full priced items are eligible for exchange.
